Describe your life in an alternate universe
Which alternate universe should I pick? I imagine that I am living my life in many different realities. I may be experiencing each one at any given time. I am a customer of Dr. Bronner and I do believe we are all one God. Perhaps that one God, Allah, Yahweh, Jehovah, Elohim, the same guy, is Me, living a human existence from all possible perspectives. I may be living all these lives at the same time and the show is occurring simultaneously as the past as well as the future. I am the stranger who holds the door for myself. I am the reason I am late because I distracted myself to avoid a disaster. I save myself. I make all of the choices and live out those lives in these alternate universes.
The one where I live with little responsibilities off grid in the wild.
The one where I am a corporate business lady consumed with my career.
The 1950s house wife jacked up on Coca Cola.
The famous published author and artist.
The human and animal rights advocate crunchy mom to home schooled, vegan, beige children.
The most interesting universe is the one I have chosen. I have everything I have envisioned. I consistently create my reality with my subconscious. The life I am living is the life that has been ingrained in me from birth. I always knew I would get married and have a family. Even the strange order I took to get me to this point in my life was predestined in my subconscious as a child.
As a teenager and young adult, I lacked motivation, guidance, and direction. I did not have a solid foundation or support system that encouraged me to pursue a path toward success. I was most interested in finding love and establishing my family. I only ever knew I wanted a cute happy family.
Having a means to support that was not on my radar. I had only retail experience and no interest in personal care or the direct support path I ended up taking because it was the highest paying job I could secure with only a high school diploma. I hated that job initially and changed positions until I climbed to the top of the ladder and finished an associates degree. Leadership and business planning were skills I was unaware of. I left that non profit sector for another disadvantaged population and resettled over 250 refugees as a Director of Resettlement, doing the work of 4 people, getting paid wages below my previous job.
What this has shown me is that I am capable of anything I put my mind to. I achieved success in my career. I had my cute happy family. What else could I possibly need? The universe has given me everything I have asked for and it is always dropping opportunities in my lap. I never do without.
Freedom
Time to write and paint and enjoy the company of my family and friends.
